PostDoc in Data visualization - HCI

Dr. in Computer Science - HCI and PostDoc in the AVIZ group from INRIA Paris-Saclay . I did my PhD in the HCI - Elipse Group (2018-2021).
Short bio : My PostDoctoral's research focus on the Pay Analytics. In other words, I want investigate the potential biases in the data visualization involved in the making decision process in pay systems. Before that, my PhD thesis aimed to explore the interactive aspect of situtated data visualization systems. I have had the opportunity to explore this issue in several ways:

• developing and evaluating a selection technique for physical objects (INTERACT '19);
• designing a characterisation space for interactive systems representing situated data;
• defining a time prediction model (based on KLM) for mixed reality selection (ISMAR '21).
